Abstract
This picture was drawn by an 11 year old Darfuri boy whose village was attacked when he was only 7 years old. The pictures he draws are based on the memory of what he saw being done to his village. The drawing depicts a woman trying to surrender but who is being shot at by someone with a machine gun mounted on a pickup truck. A helicopter that was used to attack the village, attackers who came riding camels and on horses, and an armored tank are all depicted in the drawing.
