Abstract
Drawing of Sudanese soldiers who used their machine guns to shoot and kill civilians in Darfur. Helicopter gunships were also used to bomb villages resulting in many of the houses being burnt. Other villagers were attacked by the military firing mortar rounds from trucks mounted with machine guns.
Alt Text
A child's sketch in pencil and blue pen on graph paper depicting military personnel and vehicles, as well as a few other human figures that appear unarmed. At the top of the page are two trucks with manned, mounted machine guns and other figures riding in the back, while below that are two large humanoid figures, one of whom is holding a machine gun and firing it at the other person. The final illustration shows a helicopter flying over a group of houses and dropping something on them, likely some kind of ordinance. The house directly below the helicopter is on fire and a woman is seen running away in front of it.
