Abstract
In this opening article, Guest Editors Nancy Fichtman Dana and Elizabeth Currin define the purpose of this special themed issue of Journal of Practitioner Research: Inquiry for Equity, and introduce the five pieces of teacher research published in this volume that encapsulate this theme. In addition, Dana and Currin look across this collective body of work to note important insights featured in this issue.
