World War II U.S. Army 94th Infantry Division Patch

A patch from the U.S. Army's 94th Infantry Division. This unit landed on Utah Beach in Franch on D-Day and fought in multiple battles in France before crossing into Germany in February 1945. In the immediate postwar they served as the military government in then Czechoslovakia.

World War II U.S. Army Master Sergeant Jacket

A brown canvas jacket for a U.S. Army Master Sergeant during World War II. The left shoulder patch shows they were with the U.S. II Corps under the U.S. Fifth Army in North Africa and Italy. The rank insignia shows three chevrons with three rockers indicating a first sergeant. The blue and red shoulder cord is a infantry shoulder cord. The three gold stripes on the lower sleeve indicate the soldier served for at least six years. The ribbon rack includes a Presidential Unit Citation, an American Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, World War II Victory Medal, and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon.
It is likely the Master Sargeant who wore this jacket was in the 34th, 35th, or 45th Infantry Division under the II Corps and served in one of these Italian battles: Salerno, Anzio, or Cassino.
