Abstract
From top to bottom: the Combat Infantryman Badge; Good Conduct Medal ribbon; Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal; American Defense Service Medal; European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal; World War II Victory Medal; Good Conduct Medal. The Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal has an arrowhead device on it, indicating that that the soldier was involved in an assault landing, either an amphibious or airborne combat landing.
