Abstract
Typhon was the monstrous demon of chaos for Greek myth. Here his naked upper body has the form of bearded satyr with wild eyes, snub nose, and equine ears; his scaly legs morph into two coiling, bearded serpents. The figurine was originally attached to an incense burner (thymiaterium).

Alt Text
A three-dimensional model of a bronze sculpture of humanoid figure with pointed ears and a lower body composed of two snakes. A flat plate that extends from the back of the sculpture's head has a hole in its center, possibly indicating this bronze figure was once mounted to something. The model can be rotated, moved, and zoomed in and out to allow for viewing of additional details at multiple angles.
