Abstract
Drawing that depicts bodies lying throughout a Darfuri village and houses burning after the Janjaweed militia attacked.
Alt Text
A child's crayon and pencil drawing of a bloody and chaotic scene that depicts a village under attack from people armed with machine guns. Some of the armed assailants are seen guiding or riding camels and horses, but most of them are on foot. Dashed red lines are seen all across the drawing, representing the bullets being fired by the surrounding soldiers. The artist has drawn many human figures lying on the ground and colored them with a red crayon, likely indicating that those people are all dead.
