Michael Carleton, Studio at 620, James Fitzgerald, John K. Alvarez, Will Knapp, Nathaniel Beaver, Alexander Whittenberg, Christopher Futch, Albert ElBeyrouty, Elaine Futch, Anthony Gervais, Thompson Chestnutt, Austin Rapp, and Masters Theatre Group
Several Christmases ago (2006), two best buddies had the wonderfully unique idea to stage a Christmas "Spectacular" at one of their houses. It featured thousands of manually operated dancing Christmas Lights set to original music as well as a bunch of Christmastime standards. They appropriately called it "Lights of Joy." From this humble beginning came "The Forgotten Christmas" the following Christmas in 2007. This play featured an original storyline combining elements from The Nutcracker & a Christmas Carol (ie: a scene was shared between Ebenezer Scrooge and the Drosselmeyer). As time went on, the quality of their shows increased until they reached the inevitable, stumbling upon the exhilarating script that was "Every Christmas Story Ever Told, and then Some!" in 2008. This production marked the first production under their new name, Master Theatre Group. After performing a few small murder mysteries and dinner parties for family and friends, they are so happy to be back on stage with this marvelous comedy attempting to exemplify everybody's idea of "Christmas!" An exemplary team consisting of several of the most active young artists in the area are here tonight to bring you this tantalizing love of tasty tidbits relevant to this most joyous time of year. So indulge us, if you will, and join us for the best Christmas party in town! We hope you enjoy this show as much as we've enjoyed bringing it to you! -Masters Theatre Group

Program, Delicious Nut, 2012
Ross Marks, Studio at 620, Bob Devin Jones, Karleigh Chase, Roxanne Fay, Bob Heitman, Drew Smith, David Warner, Ian Muentener, Chris Jackson, Giles Davies, Nick Hinckley, and Josh Brown
Delicious Nut" is a painfully funny, compassionate, sometimes explosive look at a diverse group of characters at an in-patient psych ward. Their very humanity is tested during a single group therapy session. Joseph Landsman (played by David Warner) is a psychiatric counselor at the ward, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Group Therapy, which says mind can control mood. However, Joe may be in more need of counseling than his own patients who represent a wide variety of conditions. Roxanne Fay plays Irene who, though she suffers from Alzheimer’s, still maintains her humor about her life. Leon (played by Robert Heitman) suffers from severe clinical depression; underneath his pain is a man of great dignity and warmth. Karleigh Chase plays Angela who is beautiful, schizophrenic, and desperately in need of love. Chip (played by Drew Smith) lives in a set of circumstances which have made his life unbearable; he is disappearing before his own eyes. This group finds themselves thrown together in need of help emotionally, psychologically and spiritually. In the end, the human spirit triumphs as patients and therapist touch and are touched by each other.
