Abstract

An aerial photo of Henderson Airport which was located just south of the present USF Tampa campus. Prior to being a civillian airport the land was home to the Hillsborough Army Air Field during WWII. In 1956 he Florida Legislature voted to convert the airport into USF. The exact date that this photogrpah was taken is unknown.
