Form filled out by Parker W. Buhrman, Foreign Service officer, in Lisbon, Portugal, Nov. 25, 1936. The form states that $90 in American money was converted to Portuguese escudos and given to Josefa Oural. The money paid for the ocean voyage Josefa and her two children took from Lisbon to return to the U.S.
