This collection consists of microfiche records transferred from the custody of Pinellas County Property Appraiser’s Office in the Pinellas County Courthouse to Special Collections and University Archives, Nelson Poynter Memorial Library, University of South Florida St. Petersburg. Under records retention schedules in effect, the Property Appraiser’s Office determined that these materials were obsolete, superseded, and/or had lost their administrative value. The microfiche in this collection are maintained in the original order they were received. No attempt has been made to inventory the entire contents of the boxes to ascertain whether any fiche were out of order or missing. Please note that this is not a complete and comprehensive collection of property records. To access any materials not available in this collection, the researcher should contact the Property Appraiser's Office Information Services Division. USF St. Petersburg agreed to preserve these microfiche due to their archival value. Patrons having any questions about values included therein or the appraisal process should contact the Property Appraiser's Office Information Services Division since the library cannot assist with any questions involving assessment of property, determination of values, or other data/information included within this collection.
