Abstract

Results from interviews taken after a tornado in Madison, Florida. The interview "elicits information about the disaster experience and the individuals' perceptions of the event, use of formal and informal support systems, behavioral response to the traumatic event, and 15 DSM-III diagnoses selected for their potential relevance to the disaster experience."
