Given the frequency, magnitude, and duration of flooding, Liberty County provides a useful case study for analyzing the extent to which market gatekeepers (e.g., realtors, insurance agents, and mortgage lenders) influence property values and sales. ... This report presents our findings in two sections, the first dealing with the results of our visit and the second focusing on questionnaire results.
