Abstract
This room is considered the most important room inside the manor apartments. In it, 5 scenic representations are depicted with different themes. In the first section (45a), the upper register shows the final moment of a performance by musicians. The second register depicts 2 girls, with many sections lost. The last register reveals the lower part of a pair of tragedy characters. The first, a female figure, holds a mallet for the tympanum placed on a double step base. The second is a young poet reciting verses to a girl. The apse of the room shows a still legible mosaic set against a background with cut shoots full of roses (45b). At the center of the scene is a lady and a girl, sitting on overturned baskets and making garlands with rosebuds.

Alt Text
A three-dimensional model of a long, rectangular room made of stone with a semi-circular section at its far end. Though there is some damage to the floor that obscures some details, an extensive tile mosaic is seen laid across the entirety of the room. In a slightly narrower section of the room, where the rectangular part meets the semi-circular part, there appear to be remnants of circular columns on the floor. The mosaic pattern accounts for this, as its border pattern is seen to weave around the columns instead of through or under them. The walls are largely eroded, but some fresco painting fragments can still be seen. The 3D model can be freely moved, rotated, and zoomed in and out, allowing the viewer to inspect the object with greater detail and from multiple different angles.
