Abstract
A cartoon in reference to the Paris Agreements (also called the Paris Accords) which ended Western occupation of West Germany and admitted West Germany into the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). In the cartoon a bear representing "Russian opposition" hides while the "Paris Agreement on Germany" walks through the woods uncertainly towards ratification.
