Abstract
A cartoon in reference to the U.S. federal budget. A goose representing the "American tax payer, the goose that lays the golden eggs," runs away from Harry S. Truman who holds a giant ax labelled "85 billion dollar budget" while saying "What's the use in waiting, I'll get ALL the eggs at once."
