Abstract
A cartoon depicting a negative stereotype of North American indigenous peoples as problems to passing a large spending program in the U.S. The indigenous people represent such problems as a balanced budget, increased inflation, increased taxation, and a sound dollar. The two men are depicted hiding and asking if they can make it across to "That 'New' Frontier."
