Reinaldo Abreu, Deputy Sheriff, Criminal Dept. Hillsborough County, Fla. Retired from Tampa police after 20 years and 4 months. Assistant Scout Master, Troop 38, West Tampa Boys Club. Outstanding member West Tampa Boys Club, 1936. Charter Member, West Tampa Memorial Post 248, American Legion. Was instrumental in building for Post 248. Helped organize American Legion Junior Baseball, Post 248. Active in PTA, President of MacFarlane Park Elementary PTA & now President of MacFarlane Cuesta-Elementary PTA. Charter Member, West Tampa Little League, player agent and director. Assistant coach-football and basketball-junior varsity Jefferson High School, from 1946 thru 1961, in a voluntary basis. Named outstanding citizen of West Tampa on March 20, 1966. By West Tampa Optimist Club.
