Abstract
The publication date refers to the date of collection. A male band-rumped storm petrel (Oceanodroma castro) collected by Claire Peretz on Pass-a-Grille Beach. It is mainly brown and black with a white rump and a shearwater-like flight. The photo was taken by Wes Biggs.
