Note
The building started as the Sicilia Club in 1929. Costing $65,000 to build, the first floor had a café, club offices, and a theater seating 800. The second floor had a dance hall and allowed people access to the theater balcony. Leon S. Cazin took over the theater for the 4th of July 1931. It stayed open until 1934 when the Sicilia Club joined with L'Unione Italiana. It stayed a theater as the Howard Theater from 1938 to around 1946, then as the Westown Theater from 1947 to 1956.
