Abstract
Interior of El Chico Bar at 1301 Central Ave, Tampa, Florida. It was the first bar on Central Ave to have air conditioning. Despite being popular among longshoremen, the bar closed during the 1960's. Ferman "Chick" Mirabel was the owner and operator of the business.
