Abstract
A map of the southern part of South America that shows the route of Captain George Anson's ship "The Centurion" down the east coast of South America from St. Catherine's Island off the coast of Brazil, down to Rio de la Plata and the coast of Argentina to Patagonia and Teirra del Fuego. Rounding Cape Horn, Anson charted a route up the west coast to Chile and Juan Fernandes Island.
