Abstract
A view across the Hillsborough River, showcasing a house partially obscured by trees, with dense vegetation and hanging moss along the riverbank in the foreground. The Sever-Packard tract is approximately 18 acres located on the southeast corner where Fowler Avenue intersects the Hillsborough River. In 2016, ELAPP decided not to acquire this site as the majority had been developed.
