Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
Several boats on a body of water with a distant shoreline and industrial structures visible. The sky appears overcast, creating a muted lighting effect.
