Abstract

Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.

The arm of another person can be seen in the right edge standing behind a line of yellow tape. The sky is overcast, and waves are visible crashing onto the shore.
