Abstract
Oil pollution in or near coastal areas of Pinellas County, Florida. A collision between two barges and a freighter in 1993 caused oil to spill into Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and local waterways.
Alt Text
A tangled mass of exposed mangrove roots extends over a muddy shoreline, with green foliage and water visible in the background. An orange square sign hangs in the branches.
