Abstract

Drawing that depicts Sudan's military helicopter in the middle of an attack on a village in Darfur. Also shows a member of a militia group shooting at civilians and some civilians fighting back.

A child's pencil sketch on a torn sheet of graph paper that shows a military helicopter with one pilot and one passenger flying over a small line of homes with pointed roofs while two people armed with machine guns shoot at it from the ground, possibly in an act of resistance to the helicopter's presence. At the top of the page is an illustration of another armed person shooting their gun at a second person who appears to be holding a knife or other small object. A handwritten note in Arabic is seen on the far right of the page.
