Abstract
Photographs of Darfuri women and girls in a refugee camp making bricks from clay. The bricks were used to make houses.

The central woman is kneeling on the ground and clay is seen on her hands. The others are standing, and a large collection of bricks are drying in a pile behind them. Other scenes are visible in the background, including a woman and two children retrieving water from a well.
