Abstract
Drawing that depicts a village in Darfur under attack from members of a militia group.
Alt Text
A child's crayon and pencil drawing of a village, represented by three houses and multiple human figures, under attack by people in trucks and on foot that are all carrying assault rifle-type guns. The illustrations of the villagers include several women, some carrying containers on their heads, and smaller figures which represent children. Dashed red lines drawn between the barrels of the guns and the various targets indicate the weapons are being actively fired, seemingly indiscriminately.
