Abstract
The dataset is representative of 20 research cruises spanning from July 2010 to August 2013 in the North and West Florida Shelf regions of the Gulf of Mexico. This dataset reports microtoxicity data from each site and is an extension and revision of C-IMAGE I dataset R1.x135.119:0005. The North Florida Self data also contains PAH measurements for three cruises (12/6/2010, 12/15/2011, 8/6/2013).
Purpose
To present general toxicity and mutagenicity of upper water column waters and sediment porewater of NE Gulf of Mexico and West Florida Shelf, at the time of Deepwater Horizon spill and after.
