Abstract
Controlled oil exposure study to evaluate the effects of south Louisiana crude oil, via contaminated sediment, on fish health. Cytokine concentrations were analyzed in southern flounder after exposure to oil-contaminated sediment for 30 days. This dataset contains Ct and percent efficiencies of deferentially expressed genes of southern flounder exposed to sediments contaminated with south Louisiana crude oil.
