Abstract

This report analyzes the positive economic impacts of the building industry on the Hillsborough County School District. It examines revenue sources such as impact fees, community investment taxes, and ad valorem taxes over the past 10 years, as well as land dedicated by builders. The findings highlight significant contributions in revenue and land, emphasizing the building industry's role in supporting local education infrastructure.
