Abstract
This chair goes with a small round walnut table - see our 3D scanned table model here: https://skfb.ly/osWGs. The chairs are made of hard maple with woven, green wood seats. This furniture, made by 39th President Jimmy Carter, is part of a 3D digital documentation and archival program being undertaken by the Digital Heritage and Humanities Collections in the University of South Florida Libraries and is in collaboration with the Carter Family, the National Park Service, and the Friends of the Jimmy Carter Historical Park. Today, the piece is part of the furnishings of the presidential home in Plains, Georgia.

A three-dimensional model of a wooden dining chair with a trapezoidal seat covered in woven green wood. The chair's frame has been stained to a medium brown, while the green wood weaving of the seat is a light orange-brown color, adding contrast. The chair's back has two horizontal slats across it for support, and there are a total of seven round, horizontal rods between the chair's legs for stability and support. Eight annotations have been added to the model, which the viewer can click on to provide additional information. The model can be rotated, moved, and zoomed in and out to allow for viewing of additional details at multiple angles.
