Annotated Apollo 11 Command Module Hatch
Abstract
Smithsonian Institution model of the Apollo 11 Command Module Hatch as made available on the website 3D SI website: https://3d.si.edu/apollo11cmhatch. The hatch door is part of the space history collection of the National Air and Space Museum. This artifact was 3D laser scanned and the original engineering drawings from the Smithsonian archives were used to create much of the detail for the model. #Apollo50 Re-mixed using NASA CC image looking back to earth for background.
