The honor of your presence is requested at The Studio@620's 6th Anniversary Celebration and Social Justice Awards Gala to be held on Sunday June 20 at 6:20 PM. This evening serves to honor local jazz trombonist Buster Cooper as we present him with the 2nd Annual Justice Pioneer Award. Cooper, a St. Petersburg native and a graduate of Gibbs High School Class of 1947, has a legendary career having played at the Apollo Theater as well as with such figures as Lionel Hampton, Benny Goodman, and Duke Ellington.
