Abstract

The Studio@620, Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, and local artist Coralette Damme, aka The Crafty Hag, invite you to make your new year a creative one! Learn, Make, Resolve, and Create during this series of unique hands-on art workshops in January 2016. Great for beginners or experienced artists! Basic art supplies will be provided for each session but participants may bring their own favorite tools if they have them. RESCUED RAPTORS LEARN AND DRAW Come and sketch live birds of prey from the Boyd Hill aviary while learning about these amazing animals! Each session features different birds, attend both dates! Thursday January 7 & 21 / 6:30-8:30 PM /$25 per person RUBBER STAMP CARVING Have fun turning your designs into useful rubber stamps! Thursday January 14 / 6:30-8:30 PM / $35 per person SIMPLE SCREEN PRINTING Learn how to make your own silkscreens for printing! Saturday January 23 / 10:00-2:00 PM / $50 per person
