Abstract

The class of the Mikveh Israel Agricultural School with whom Alicia Appleman-Jurman (bottom row, fourth from left) graduated. The largest photo in the center was the school's director, Dr. Krause; the midsized photos surrounding Dr. Krause were the school's teachers. The photo in the bottom left is the gate to Mikveh Israel. The words in Hebrew across the top of the picture read: "This is an agricultural school, Mikveh Israel, for religious students, class # twenty-one"; all other Hebrew in the picture is untranslated. Some dates in this collection are approximate.
