Audubon’s Everglades Science Center

Audubon's Everglades Science Center was established in 1939 by ornithologist Robert Porter Allen. The organization is responsible for research and conservation efforts of the wildlife and habitat of the Florida Everglades. Studies by this institution frequently focus on bird life and the balance of the ecosystem.

This collection consists of field notes, official reports, research documents, computer disks, data sheets, correspondence, publications, pamphlets, and studies compiled by the Everglades Science Center. A series of photographic slides is also included in the collection.
