Abstract
This delightful staircase, from the late 1950s, is found on a building which, except for its north and south entrances, is otherwise unremarkable. The swing of the rail on balusters (perpendicular to it rather than to the treads) creates much of the Constructivist effect, enhanced by the toothed triangle of the landing.
