Abstract
The Masters house (plus garage) was built in 1977. It consists of a simple arrangement of cubical volumes in exposed concrete block, with unifying wood trim, railing, and door surfaces painted blue-grey. The sparsity of means is matched by the sophistication in the proportional execution. This is a study in exterior understatement and interior finesse. Pictured is a closer south view.
