Abstract

Opened in 1986, the building is white with aqua and dark blue highlights and has a north-south running courtyard. It is volumetrically articulated on all sides. The architecture is a mixture of postmodern and art deco. This condo complex has achieved a high density with a relatively large amount of optimal views. This is a view along the eastside. Located at 4950 Bayshore Boulevard.
