Abstract
Clerk's death and burial records, including Charlie Brown. On 30 March 1911, The Weekly Tribune published an article reporting that Charlie Brown, a black man, was seriously wounded during a pistol duel with Policeman Wilson. The article states that Brown was in serious condition at the Clara Frye Hospital, and that it could not be said whether he would live or die.
