Death certificate for Frances Cleveland née Coleman. Though the name on the certificate is Frances Coleman, Frances' married surname was Cleveland. The Florida death index has her listed as Coleman. Frances's 1915 death certificate gives her address as 311 West Oak Avenue, Tampa, Florida. In the Tampa city directory for that year, there is a Frank Cleveland, drayman, whose name matches the informant on the death certificate.
