Abstract

The entrance to the U.S. Maritime Service Training Station, located at Bayboro Harbor in St. Petersburg. Cadets trained there between 1939 and 1950. The property was later acquired by the state and the buildings used for USF St. Petersburg when it opened in 1965. The exact date that this photograph was taken is unknown.
