Abstract
H. Lee Moffitt is a USF alumnus who became Speaker of the House of Representatives in Florida. Moffitt pushed in the Legislature for a cancer treatment and research center in Florida. The H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute on the Tampa campus is named in his honor. The exact date that this photograph was taken is unknown.
