Abstract
This lecture was conducted with Dr. Ifeanyi Uraih as part of the Asaba Memorial Project. Dr. Uraih recounts his experiences during the Nigerian Civil War, particularly focusing on the tragic events in Asaba in October 1967. He details the mass killings of civilians by federal troops, the loss of his family members, and the long-lasting impact of these events on the survivors.
