Abstract
A report from President of the University of South Florida, John S. Allen, to the Special Committee of the Board of Control about the case of R. Wayne Hugaboom who was accused of being gay. Allen recommended Hugaboom be reprimanded for serving alcohol to underage students but that there was no evidence the professor was gay.
