Abstract
Chad Barnhardt, the first quarterback of the USF Football team, reflects on his decision to leave a professional baseball career after being drafted by the Boston Red Sox in 1994. He discusses his return to college football at the University of South Carolina before transferring to the University of South Florida to gain more playing time and contribute to the development of USF's new football program.
