Abstract
Stuart Silverman discusses, in depth, the University of South Florida's Honors Program. Additionally, Dr. Silverman speaks on USF's College of Education and the Educational Psychology Department. He also talks about the presidencies of Cecil Mackey and John Allen, and gives a description of what the USF campus was like in the early 1970s.
