Abstract
Maury Brassert, grandson of Tampa Theatre architect John Eberson, and his wife Nancy Brassert recount their family history. They describe John Eberson's lavish tastes, his love for his wife Beatrice, and his lighthearted involvement with the family. The Brasserts detail some of Eberson's major projects, including the redesign of Mama Leone’s Restaurant in New York and the preliminary designs of the Golden Gate Bridge. They also highlight the likable personality of John Eberson's son, Drew, and provide a vivid description of John Eberson's home in Mamaroneck, New York.
